By joining the Wyspi waitlist, you agree to these Terms. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
You must be 13+ to participate.
Waitlist: Joining does not guarantee access to Wyspi. You may receive marketing emails (opt-out available via an unsubscribe link in each email).
Conduct: Do not submit false information or multiple entries.
Liability: We are not liable for delays or data issues beyond our control, such as technical failures or third-party disruptions.
Termination: We may remove you from the waitlist if needed.
Changes: We will update this Policy from time to time. You are advised to review these policies periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page, stated in the "EFFECTIVE" date section at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will let you know.
Governing Law: California law applies. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise agreed.
